Homestead Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides residential and commercial concrete flooring services, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete flooring, garage floor coatings, polyaspartic floor coatings, concrete resurfacing, concrete sealing, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation and finishing work. Services are performed in Homestead, FL and surrounding communities in South Florida.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular service at any particular time.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Homestead Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including an on-site assessment where applicable. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if the actual scope of work, site conditions, or material requirements differ from what was assessed.

Any changes to the scope of work after a project has begun will be discussed with the customer before proceeding and may result in additional charges. We will not perform work beyond the agreed scope without prior customer authorization.

Free estimates are provided at no obligation. Requesting an estimate does not obligate either party to proceed with any work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project scheduling is confirmed between Homestead Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring and the customer prior to work beginning. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled dates, but delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (786) 244-9586 or quotes@homesteadconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges to cover material and labor costs already incurred.

We reserve the right to reschedule work in the event of unsafe weather conditions, including hurricane warnings, severe storms, or other conditions that could affect the quality or safety of the work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written agreement or invoice. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate.

Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in your written agreement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on projects with outstanding balances.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, if applicable, will be added to invoices in accordance with Florida law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best outcome and allow work to proceed on schedule, customers agree to:

• Clear the work area of all items before the crew arrives, unless otherwise arranged
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Disclose any known issues with the surface, including prior coatings, stains, or structural concerns
• Keep the cured surface free from foot traffic or vehicle use for the time period specified by the crew
• Follow care and maintenance instructions provided at project completion

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the quality of the finished work and may limit our ability to honor any warranty or guarantee.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Where a warranty is offered on a specific project, the terms of that warranty will be provided in writing at the time of project completion. Any warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions and does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage from chemical exposure beyond normal household or commercial use
• Damage caused by events outside our control, including flooding, hurricane damage, or acts of nature
• Surface failures caused by undisclosed pre-existing conditions in the concrete
• Normal wear and tear over time

Where no written warranty is provided, all services are provided "as is." We make no implied warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Homestead Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
